Return Policy
- Return Application Period
You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return. Products that are not requested after the deadline will not be returned. - Return Conditions
a. The product must be in original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
b. The product has not been used or installed, and is not damaged or worn.
c. Special products (such as customized products, clearance sale products) are not eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific information before purchasing. - Return Process
a. If you need to return a product, please fill out the return request form on the website or contact our customer service team directly, providing the order number and reason for return.
b. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide return authorization and instructions.
c. Please return the product as instructed and make sure to use a trackable shipping method to prevent loss during transportation.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange Application
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us immediately. Exchange applications should be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. - Exchange Conditions
a. The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
b. The item has not been used or installed, and is not damaged or worn. - Exchange Process
a. When submitting an exchange application, please provide the order number and the item information to be replaced.
b. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instruct you how to send the original item back.
c. After the returned item is inspected, we will send you a new item. If the price of the new item is different, you will need to pay the difference or we will refund the difference.
Shipping Cost
● The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or sent by mistake.
● In the case, SaleSizzle LLC will bear the shipping cost of the exchange, and you will get our instructions when you apply for an exchange.
Refund Processing
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
